REVIEWS FROM CONSENSUS

Victoria was born in Brighton, and grew up in Dorset, south west England.  She failed her music A Level, studied literature and language at Oxford University, lived in Rhodes, teaching English for a year, moved to London and decided to pursue singing and song-writing.  She sang jazz professionally for and was in several bands before finishing her own EP, Small miracles for shabby minds, in 2005.  After a period of working with her band 'moth' she went solo in 2007 and has since completed Limbs & Digits, her first solo album, and currently is working on a follow-up.

She performs in Chris Letcher's band, still sings jazz and blues, and also runs an arts charity based in two London hospitals.
